After spending two years studying how the system worked — and where it was failing — Paa Kwesi led a team to provide accommodation support for newly admitted students. That year, students were able to secure places to stay without going through the usual stress. What stood out wasn't just the results. It was how differently the service was delivered: honest communication, clear processes, and genuine care for people.
The solution was expanded, serving even more students, more efficiently, and with better structure. To this day, many of those students still remember the experience — not just because they found a place to stay, but because they were treated with professionalism and respect. Even after the project was disrupted in 2020 due to COVID, the impact remained.
Paa Kwesi went on to build experience across marketing, sales, and real estate. He worked with Global Media Alliance as a Digital Marketing Executive, gaining hands-on experience in brand building and audience engagement. He also consulted for Proptis-Gh, contributing to a platform designed to connect property seekers with property owners.
He joined Libi Homes, where he served as a Marketing Assistant and rose to become a Sales Executive, actively working within Ghana’s real estate space — learning the industry from the inside out.
